Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after they are placed. Because of this, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size or style selected
• Items that have been used or opened

Shipping Issues
